No. Anyone with the link can open the guide, follow the steps, and answer Yes or Not yet. Customers and guide viewers are always free.
How does FixLink protect customer data?
Sensitive fields blur when recording starts, and emails, long numbers, card details, tokens, and other private-looking values are redacted before the guide is shared. You can also blur anything else yourself.
What can I do on the Free plan?
You can capture or write unlimited drafts, publish up to five fix links, protect sensitive details, and collect basic solved or not-solved feedback. Customer views stay unlimited. Free guides include a small FixLink footer.
What happens when I reach five published links?
Your existing links keep working. You can unpublish one and reuse the Free allowance, or upgrade to Pro for unlimited published links, custom branding and AI help.
What is the difference between Pro and Team?
Pro is the available plan for one creator. Team is coming later with three creators, a shared workspace, roles, a searchable help site, custom domains and agent access. We will not charge for Team before those collaboration tools are ready.
