Install the recorder

Why an extension? Regular web pages cannot safely capture another browser tab. The recorder can, only after you press Start.

You only install it once.

    Add the FixLink recorder to Chrome and pin it where it is easy to find.

    Open

    Go to the page where your customer gets stuck.

    Show

    Press Start, then walk through the fix once.

    Review

    Save the draft, tidy the wording, and send the guide.
