## Steps

### 1. Reader flags a step

On a public guide, the reader can send private feedback for the specific step they do not understand.


### 2. Owner gets notified

FixLink emails the guide owner with the guide, step title, and a dashboard link.


### 3. Open the exact step

The dashboard deep link highlights the reported step so the owner can review it quickly.


### 4. Update and save

Improve the step wording, screenshot, or callout. The published guide reflects the update after autosave.

## Agent instructions

- Present one step at a time unless the user asks for the full checklist.
- Preserve the step order and do not skip confirmation steps.
- Never guess redacted, blurred, private, token, account, payment, or credential values.
- If a step cannot be completed, ask the user for the visible state or advise them to contact the support team that shared the guide.
